Is VideoShift really 100% offline?
Yes! VideoShift runs locally on your Mac. We do not upload your videos to any cloud servers. All processing happens on your device using native APIs, ensuring complete privacy.
What video formats are supported?
VideoShift currently supports converting .mov and .m4v files into standard .mp4 format. We chose these formats because they are the most commonly generated files on Apple devices that require conversion for broader compatibility.
How do I change the language or theme?
Click the Settings button in the top right corner of the app. From there, you can easily change the language and switch between Dark Mode and Light Mode.
Do I need a subscription?
No. VideoShift is free from subscriptions, sign-ups, and hidden fees. You can convert as many videos as you want without limits.
